Ort Farms at Long Valley runs the longest day of any farm in this region: the market opens at eight in the morning and the ice cream counter closes at nine at night.
At the time of checking: tomatoes, aubergine, peppers, squash and more, plus u-cut flowers in bloom. Strawberries in early summer and pumpkins in autumn.
Fill a half-peck bag for $10 on the vegetables.
There is no admission fee to visit the farm animals and kids play area. Full-farm admission applies on pick-your-own festival weekends.
The picking fields open 9:30am to 6pm, the farm market 8am to 7pm and the ice cream 11am to 9pm.

Pro tip: free access to the animals and the play area on an ordinary weekday is the quiet bargain here. It is a real farmyard rather than a petting-zoo attraction, and it costs nothing outside festival weekends.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
