Pennings Orchard at Warwick prices its picking in a way nothing else on this site does: $50 per car, not per person, and it includes a half-bushel bag to fill.

• Apples - from September, with night picking on selected Saturdays
• Pumpkins - the field opens later in September

What It Costs

$50 admission per car, which includes a half-bushel bag to fill with apples, up to twenty-two pounds.

What Else is Available

A play area, a farm animal barn, a goat area, picnic areas, a market, an ice cream parlour, a beer garden, a cidery, a corn maze, a dairy barn and a tomahawk toss.

Good to Know

Open 9am to 5pm every day during the picking season.

Pro tip: per-car pricing rewards a full car and punishes a couple. Twenty-two pounds of apples is a great deal for six people and an absurd amount for two, so either fill the seats or go somewhere charging per head.
