About This Farm
Demarest Farms at Hillsdale opens eight in the morning until five, every day, and is the closest pick-your-own orchard to the George Washington Bridge.

A petting zoo, a farm shop, an Orchard of Lights and a Halloween light show. School groups can reserve.
Good to Know
The farm runs a "Book Now" booking system on its own site, so check whether your visit needs a slot before travelling.

Pro tip: twenty-five minutes from upper Manhattan makes this the orchard for people without a whole Saturday. It also makes it the busiest, so the eight o'clock opening is the one to use.
