About This Farm
Howard Family Farm on Crater Road at Harmony is fifty-seven miles straight up I-77 from Charlotte, and it is the only farm in this region whose picking year opens with tulips: they are the first crop of the calendar, before a strawberry has coloured.

Good to Know
Open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday. It publishes no price, and it is blunt about how to reach it: "We do not take orders from email or facebook you must call."
Pro tip: an hour up I-77 is a long way for strawberries you can get at Mooresville. Come for the tulips in early spring or the pumpkin patch in October, which are the two things this farm does that its nearer rivals do not.
