About This Farm
Campbells Berry Farm at Bethlehem, seven miles north of Hickory, grows more than 2,800 rabbiteye blueberry bushes and holds a straight 5.0 from its reviewers.

Good to Know
In July the farm opens 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm to 6pm Sunday, but it says plainly that hours vary and asks you to ring. There are porta-potties and a picnic area, and you may bring your own food.

It has hands-free picking buckets, which sounds like a small thing and is not: it means both hands stay in the bush.
Pro tip: a 7am start on a rabbiteye planting is worth setting an alarm for. Rabbiteyes hold on the bush and sweeten in the heat, but picking them at seven in a Carolina July is a different morning from picking them at noon.
