This season
A Carnation education and conservation farm with a native plant nursery and a plant stand. Its own site publishes no hours, prices or picking crops.
Checked August 21, 2026
Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center at Carnation is a non-profit rather than a commercial farm: an education and conservation organisation with a native plant nursery and a plant stand, on a working farm in the Snoqualmie Valley.
Strawberries and pumpkins, from earlier research rather than the farm's own words. Oxbow's own site emphasises education, conservation and the nursery rather than picking.
No hours, no prices and no picking crops are published. Email thedirt@oxbow.org.
Pro tip: if what you actually want is a farm walk with children and an explanation of what is growing, this is much better suited to it than any of the commercial farms nearby. Just do not count on filling a bucket.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
