Bybee Farms at North Bend picks heirloom blueberries from bushes planted in 1981, keeps an eleven-hour day seven days a week, and is one of very few farms anywhere that charges a different price for cash.
Blueberries, heirloom varieties, from 17 July.
Open 9am to 8pm, seven days a week, which is the longest week of any farm in this region.
Picking buckets and take-home boxes and bags are all provided, so bring nothing. There is a picnic area with shade and water. Dogs are not allowed in the fields.
Cash or cards, but no cheques.
Pro tip: bring cash and save fifteen cents a pound. On a ten-pound picking that is a dollar fifty, which is not the point: the point is that a farm being straight with you about card fees usually means it is being straight about everything else.
Not available here: Pet Friendly.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
From the farm, seven days a week.
