What You Can Pick

Blueberries, Nelson and Blue Crop, from mid-July to mid-August, at $2.00 a pound. There are raspberries as well, which the farm does not mention on its own site.

Good to Know

Open 8am to dusk Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday, closed Sundays. Picking to dusk in a Michigan July gives you until nine or later.

The farm provides picking pails and tie ropes; you bring whatever you are carrying the berries home in. Cash, cheque or card.

Pro tip: two dollars a pound and open until dark makes this the freezer-filling farm of the region. Take proper containers, because they only lend you the pail.
