Robinette's Apple Haus & Winery on 4 Mile Road is the best known farm in Grand Rapids and one of the few open for most of the year rather than a season. Fresh-pressed cider and doughnuts all year round, and a winery making hard cider and fruit wines.
Apples, from the beginning of September, when the u-pick orchard and the corn maze open together.
The farm opens for the season in early June, running Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 5.30pm, closed Mondays and Sundays. From September it goes seven days a week for the apple season.
Pro tip: the cider and doughnuts are available all year, which makes this the one farm in the region worth driving to in February.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
