North Ridge Berries on 20 Mile Road at Kent City picks four different berries, which is more than almost any farm in the region, and it does it at the northern end of the Fruit Ridge.
Open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday, closed Sundays. The long weekday evenings are the useful part.
There is a fruit stand with pre-picked berries for anyone who would rather not pick.
The farm publishes no price. Ring 616-675-5919 if you need to know before you go.
Pro tip: currants are worth going out of your way for. They make the best jelly of any berry grown in Michigan and are effectively unbuyable in a shop.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
Season hours from July 10. Saturdays finish at one. Closed Sundays.
