About This Farm
Klein Cider Mill and Market on Ten Mile Road at Sparta is a family farm about twenty minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, and the cider is the reason to go. It is fresh, unpasteurised and award-winning, pressed from whatever combination of apples is in season, so every batch is different.

Open August to December, seven days a week, 9am to 5pm. The December end is unusual: most farms in this region shut in early November.
Pro tip: unpasteurised cider that changes batch to batch is worth buying more than one jug of, at different points in the season. It is a different drink in September than in November.
