About This Farm
Fruit Ridge Hayrides is at Kent City, on the northern end of the Fruit Ridge where the elevation keeps the frost off the blossom. The hayrides are horse-drawn, which is the thing that sets it apart from every other autumn farm in the region.
What You Can Pick
Apples, and pumpkins and squash, from mid-September through October.

Good to Know
Weekends only, and the pattern is unusual. Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm, with Friday evenings from 5pm to 9pm in October only.
Group packages and reservations are handled through a form on the farm's site.
Pro tip: the Friday and Saturday evening hours mean you can do this after dark, with a campfire. Very few picking farms anywhere are open at nine at night.
