Ward's Berry Farm at Sharon runs the longest picking season in this region: April through November, eight months, on a farm whose store trades year round.
The farm does not itemise its picking crops on its own site. Berries and pumpkins are on the record from earlier research.
A farm store to 7pm daily, a sandwich counter, ice cream, hayrides and a sunflower maze.
Open 9am to 6pm for picking and the sandwich counter, 9am to 7pm for the store.
In the farm's own words, "Pick-Your-Own activities run from April through November".
Pro tip: April is remarkable for New England, where nothing fruits before June. Whatever is picking in April here is almost certainly flowers or greens, and it is worth ringing to find out what.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
Pick-your-own and sandwich counter hours from the farm. The farm store runs an hour later, 9am to 7pm.
