Pear Bloom Farm at Hood River runs the longest published season of any farm in this region, 23 May to 1 November, and grows over a hundred flower varieties alongside the fruit.
A Day Pass at $8 a person, with children under five free. Fruit and flowers are charged on top.
Open Thursday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
Pro tip: a hundred flower varieties on a farm that also picks pears is unusual, and late September gives you both at once: Hood River pears at their best and the dahlias still going.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
From the farm, Thursday to Sunday, 23 May to 1 November.
